For in drinking water use.
Poultry
The recommended dose is 20 mg florfenicol/kg bw/day given for 3-5 consecutive days.
Chickens under 4 weeks of age: 100 mL/300 L of water;
Chickens over 4 weeks of age: 200 mL/300 L of water
Pigs
The recommended dose is 10 mg florfenicol/kg bw/day (corresponding to 3-4 mL of the product/100 kg b.w.) given for 5 consecutive days.
INDICATION(S)
Poultry
Treatment and prevention of colibacteriosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, staphylococcosis and other bacterial diseases, caused by florfenicol-sensitive microorganisms, in poultry;
Pigs
Treatment and metaphylaxis of swine respiratory disease associated with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and Pasteurella multocida susceptible to florfenicol. The presence of the disease in the herd should be established
